•How long do you play for?
We currently offer 2 x 50 minute sets chock-a-block with the grooviest tunes. If you would prefer a different arrangement just ask. We'll see what we can do.
•Do you need food?
Ideally yes - our passion uses up a lot of energy! If your event offers a buffet then we're quite happy to just nibble away once everyone's had a go. If not, then let us know what you had in mind. We're pretty flexible.
•How long does it take for you to set-up / pack down?
Ideally we need to start arriving 2-3 hours before we kick-off or when guests arrive, depending on the particular event. There's a fair amount of kit to get set-up and we like to sound-check properly to make sure you're hearing us in pristine quality.
•How much do you charge?
We know that you're after cold figures right now but we do tailor our quote to your specific needs.

•Do you know any good DJ's / photographers / caterers etc?
Yes we do, we've been lucky to work alongside some excellent professionals and would be happy to recommend.
•Do you have your own equipment?
Yes, we have a full PA system which can deliver at small right up to fairly large venues. All we need is power.
•Do you take requests?
Not routinely. If there is a song or two that you would particularly like to hear, then please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
•How far can you travel?
We do include travel expenses in our quote to you, and we are willing to travel all over the country and even overseas.
•Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we have £10 million public liability insurance from the Musician's Union.
•Is it possible to play music through the sound-system between sets?
Absolutely. We can provide music for this, or equally if you would like your own CD or something from your mp3 player used then that's fine.
•Do you offer a reduced price for a smaller band?
Not often. We definitely sound best as a whole band. The music is really completed by the horns and backing vocals - trust us - you don't want to miss out on the full sound!
•How much room do you need?
Well we've fitted into some pretty small spaces before! But ideally we like a bit of room to get our groove on!
•Do you have a dress code?
Our dress code is black with a flash of red. Please let us know if this is going to clash terribly with what you had in mind!
•Our venue has a sound limiter. Is this ok?
It depends on many factors, such as what level the limiter is set to and where it takes the reading from. For more info, check out our page on sound limiters here.
•Do you have a contract?
Yes. We provide a contract to protect both the band and the client.
•Do you have insurance?
Yes. We have public liability insurance for damages up to £10,000,000.
•Do you accept more than one booking in one day?
It is rarely possible for the band to play at more then one event in the same day.
•How long do the breaks last?
The timing for when we play and how long our breaks last can be tailored to your schedule.
•Do you expect to be fed?
Our contract states that the band should be provide with a hot meal and soft drinks.
•What about deposits and payment?
Bookings are secured by a deposit of £200.
